How to Find Us

Our practice is located in the University of Washington Medicine/Northwest Outpatient Medical Center Building at 10330 Meridian Ave North in Seattle, near Northgate Mall.

Maps & Directions

There is also ample free parking available along the street. We are conveniently located on Bus Routes 5, 16, 75, 316, 345, 346, which stop at Meridian Ave North & North 105th Street.

We have parking available for our families in the parking lot adjacent to our building.

Parking rates are free for the first 30 minutes, after which charges accrue. The fees are set by Northwest Hospital.
