In order to better serve our families, we refill prescriptions during office hours only, as this allows us to have access to your child’s chart and ensure proper medical care and follow up.
Please call your pharmacy during our office hours and ask them to fax us a refill request. Our fax number is 206-368-6088.
If you need to order a refill for an ADD/ADHD medication, leave a message on our voice mail system and identify the

- strength
- frequency
