Dear Parents and Families:
To better serve our patients during the COVID-19 pandemic and Stay at Home order, we are now offering evening and weekend Telemedicine visits. We want you to have expanded access to your child’s medical home and keep your family out of the emergency room or urgent care. In addition to scheduled Telemedicine appointments during office hours, we are offering first-come, first-served Telemedicine visits from 5p-7p Mon-Fri, and 1p-5p Sat-Sun.
To set up a Telemedicine visit, please call our main number, 206-368-6080, with your child’s name/DOB and preferred method of contact, and one of our physicians will send you a link to our Telemedicine waiting room. Visits can be performed using a smart phone or computer(with Chrome, Safari or Firefox browsers).
We continue to offer office visits for well child care and non-contagious issues in the morning, and sick visits in the afternoons.
Tips for preparing for your child’s Telemedicine visit
-Choose a well lit space. Have extra light such as a flashlight if needed.
-The doctor will want to see your child for the visit.
-If possible, have your child’s weight and temperature.
-Have your preferred pharmacy information handy.
-Have all medication your child has been taking.
-Write down your main questions.
-We are using a secure HIPPA compliant Telemedicine platform and ensuring privacy from our location. Consider any privacy needs in your space.
