Vinita Seru MD, FAAP
Vinita grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her family moved to California, where she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California at Berkeley.
She pursued post-graduate studies at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where she obtained a Masters Degree in Physiology. She graduated from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. Vinita complemented her educational experiences with research activities. She then completed her pediatric training at UCLA Children’s Hospital. She continued as a chief resident at UCLA, teaching medical students and residents, and attending the under-served clinics in Los Angeles County. She is board certified with the American Board of Pediatrics since 1998.Vinita has a great interest in preventive medicine.
Vinita has been in practice at North Seattle Pediatrics since August 1999. She enjoys spending free time with family and friends. Her personal interests are traveling, cooking and yoga. She speaks Hindi and Kashmiri.
