How to Schedule an Appointment in MyKidsChart

  • Log in to MyKidsChart.
  • From the main menu, select Schedule Appointments.
  • Choose the patient for whom you want to schedule the visit.
  • Select the Primary Care Provider.
  • Pick the date and time that work best for you from the available options.

We hope this allows you to spend more time with your kids and less time on your phone. You will still need to call the front desk to schedule sick visits, chronic condition appointments, and behavioral health appointments.
